Multotec Rubber Wear Plates
Multotec Rubber Wear Plates are available in a range of sizes up to 1260 x 1320 mm and 100 x 200 mm which can be cut to suit the liner configuration. Multotec Rubber Wear Plates are available with a thickness from 40 to 230 mm. This includes the steel backing plates with a thickness from 3 to 100 mm depending on the rubber thickness an/or application.
Hole diameters are 32, 50 and 75mm and can be drilled to any required pattern. Holes are closed with ridged rubber plugs which ensure a friction grip.
Standard bolts, washers and nuts are used to secure Multotec Rubber Wear Plates in dry applications.
Wet bolt assemblies, incorporating rubber sealing washers and steel cap washers, are used in wet applications to ensure sealing of bolt holes.
Where Multotec Rubber Wear plates are thinner than 50mm, small diameter bolts are used and the holes are sealed with rubber sealing compound.

| Multotec Profiled Rubber Wear Plates are manufactured in a standard length of 80 to 120 mm. There plates can be cut to size and shape, if required. | Multotec Profiled Rubber Wear Plates are engineered to return the angle of impact to as close to 90° as possible, which is the optimal angle for rubber liners. | The innovative Multotec Profiled Rubber Wear Plates maximise rubber lining life and eliminate the need for costly steelwork modifications. |
Pin & Sleeve Security System
Ease of installation of Multotec Rubber Wear Plate is possible through the use of the well proven Multotec polyurethane pin and sleeve fastening system. This simple to use system requires installation from inside the bin only, eliminating the need for outside scaffolding.
Multotec Lifter Bars and Multotec Shell Plates
Multotec Rubber Lifter Bars and Multotec Shell plates are installed in the material path is chutes to create a dead box effect. The innovative use of theses rubber wear components slows the material flow and minimises impact by facilitating the movement and impact of ore on ore.
