Polyurethane Cast Screening Systems
Multotec’s hand cast polyurethane facility offers a wide range of products designed to suit your requirements. Heavy-duty modular screen panels, large bolt-down panels, polyurethane sievebends, liners, jig panels and accessories.
All Multotec panels are designed with self-relieving apertures resulting in unimpeded downward movement of sized particles.
There are three types of Hand Cast panels namely:
| Spaltoflex: | Injection moulded modules 120 x 120mm with slotted apertures cast into larger panels. |
| Forsiplast: | Injection moulded modules 120 x 120mm with square apertures cast into larger panels. |
| Losiplast: | Loose cores are used to hand cast panels with either square, slotted round or teardrop shaped apertures. |
Heavy Duty Panels
Manufactured in modular or bolt-down panels with fully embedded or semi-embedded frames in sizes to suit your requirements.
Tensioned Polyurethane Panels
Tensioned polyurethane panels are manufactured in a range of sizes and can be side or end tensioned units. They have a particularly live surface reducing pegging and blinding. The panels can be designed to have solid impact areas, weir bars and deflectors.

Accessories
Multotec manufactures a wide range of polyurethane screening accessories including side clamps, hold down bars, buccer strips and bolt protectors.
In addition, panels can be supplied with cast-on or bolton dividers, weirbars, skidbars or retarder bars. Trommel panels are supplied with either integral or bolt-on scrolls in varying heights and thickness.

| Kits consist of: Hot air blower with connecting flex, cutting knife, 50m welding cord and modules as required. | The cleaned panel is place on the working surface and the module to be replaced is removed with the cutting tool. |

| The polyurethane welding cord is fed through the blower, thus completing the weld | The edges of the welded component must be trimmed evenly and welded on both sides. |
